National Literacy Mission: Accelerated Literacy Programme for Non-Literate Adult Women in Komna Block of Nuapada District, Orissa
Literacy is a powerful determinant of an individual’s life choices and opportunities. It enhances human capacity and capability to exercise choices at social, economic and cultural arenas.
