For development to be sustainable education is always the key, awareness equips the society with knowledge, understanding, and access to information and finally training that enables them to perform effectively. RDC is dedicated to development and betterment of society by ensuring effective mechanism through the interventions of education, awareness and training.

Education / Awareness / Training are one of our key focus areas. RDC is involved in various projects of different ministries from scientific knowledge dissemination to safety issues, etc. to stakeholders of the societies viz. school children, teachers, and females.
