- State Government Functionaries: Educational planners and administrators, Members of Panchayati Raj, Teachers, Women & Child Development Officials; District Collectors; and Project Directors of DRDA
- Representatives of Political Parties, Professional Organizations like Lawyers, Local chambers of commerce, Community Based Organizations, Cooperatives and Media
- Co-coordinators of DPEP of the KBK Districts, Orissa
- Co-coordinators of Total Literacy Campaign, KBK Districts, Orissa
Objectives
- The socio-economic issues, accessibility to basic educational services, etc responsible for high level of illiteracy and school dropout rate among the tribal female population
- Appropriate public policy interventions, awareness campaign and community partnership to address the basic literacy and educational issues and more particularly tribal girl child education.
